7 Days Exchange Policy

We offer a 7 working days exchange policy on all products. You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 4-8 working days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Exchanges are possible for both regular and sale items.

Delivery Charges:

Wrong product ordered by customer: Customer pays PKR 399 replacement delivery charges.

Damaged or defective article received: Customer doesn't have to pay anything for replacement.

Return orders (when customer doesn't want the product): PKR 200 will be deducted from the refund to cover delivery costs.
